1/2 CUP CHOPPED MUSHROOMS OPTIONAL
BEEF OR PORK SAUSAGE LINK
2 EGGS BEATEN WITH SMALL AMT. OF MILK,
SHREDDED CHEESE.



Directions:
Directions:
BROWN HASHBROWNS, ONION, MUSHROOMS, AND CHOPPED UP SAUSAGE LINK TOGETHER IN 9 INCH SKILLET OR ON GRIDDLE.

AFTER BROWNING, ADD EGG MIX AND STIR UNTIL EGGS ARE COOKED. SPRINKLE

SHREDDED CHEESE OVER TOP AND SERVE
