Salmon Fillet (1/2 pound per person or less)

1/2 Lemon squeezed
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º

Line baking dish with foil.
Place salmon on foil and squeeze lemon juice on it.

Spread a thin layer on sour cream on the salmon.
Sprinkle with dill weed.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

This recipe is good serve hot or cold.

Edwina was Russell Miller's (Pop's) cousin. She gave me this recipe in 1967 when she was a librarian at Duke.
