1 chocolate cake mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
24 large marshmallows
14 oz. coconut

Topping:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or oleo
1/4 cup milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to package directions. Mix sugar, milk and marshmallows; bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in coconut. Spread on cake as soon as it comes from the oven. Cool. Mix remaining sugar, butter (or oleo), and milk. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Top cake with mixture and refrigerate over night.
