1/4 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1 T. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 T. finely chopped almonds
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets, cut into serving pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave butter in 12x8 or 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Mix together egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs and almonds on waxed paper. Dip the fish filets into the egg mixture; coat with crumbs. Arrange in baking dish, turning to coat with butter. Drizzle any remaining egg mixture over fish; sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Microwave, uncovered 5-6 minutes or until steaming hot. Preheat broiler a few minutes. Broil 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned and fish flakes apart easily.
