6 cooked lasagna noodles
1 large container Ricotta cheese (I use low fat)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 oz. package shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup skim milk
1 cup 99% fat free canned chicken broth
Garlic powder to taste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat
OPTIONAL: Scallops, Fish or any seafood you like.

Sauce:
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Add flour to make a paste. Whisk in 1 cup milk and chicken broth. Add seasonings. Cook until slightly thickened. Add cooked seafood.
Mix ricotta cheese with lemon juice
In a 9 X 13 pan:
Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and repeat.
Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
