Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 ounce loaf sweet French bread ( I use half French bread and half Hawaiian bread)
8 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups milk
3/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. melted butter
Mixture of cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into bite sized pieces. Mix remaining ingredients (except cinnamon & sugar mixture) and pour over bread. Mix until bread is coated. Pour into 9 X 13 pan that is sprayed with non-stick spray. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. May want to remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes of baking.
