1 pound lean hamburger
1 cup long grain rice uncooked
1 cup celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in skillet over medium-high heat. Pour off grease and add the remaining ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
