1 onion chopped
1/2 to1 jalapeņo pepper finely diced
4 cloves garlic finely diced
4-5 cooked chicken breast halves shredded
1-14 oz. can larger pieces chopped stewed tomatoes
2-10 oz. cans diced Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can chicken broth
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 can black beans rinsed
1 tsp. to 1 Tbl. cumin
1 tsp. to 1 Tbl. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh cilantro

Mix all ingredients. Simmer 3-4 hours either on stove, (covered) or in a crockpot.
