1 lb asparagus 1 slice prosciutto per 5 asparagus tips Olive oil Salt Pepper
Wash asparagus, breaking off the stems at the flex point. Wrap 5 spears with 1 slice of prosciutto, place on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until tips turn brown. Can also be grilled on the barbecue.
