Beets
2 pkgs. Sure-Jell
1/2 c. lemon juice
7 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello (red or purple variety)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sizable amount of beets and drain off juice. To 6 c. juice, add Sure-Jell, lemon juice and bring to a rolling boil. Add 7 c. sugar and Jello. Bring to boil; boil for 6 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
