Ingredients:
Ingredients:
15 c. whole kernel corn
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
5 c. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn off cob. Do not scrape the cob. Add sugar, salt and ice water (may use some ice cubes as some of this amount). Mix well and pack into freezer containers immediately. This is already seasoned for cooking but may have to add a little water to prevent sticking. Do not overcook. Tastes the most like fresh corn.
