onion
celery
salt
pint of tomato juice
3 soup bones (depending on how much meat is on them)
cover with water

Directions:
Directions:
Put soup bone in big pot, add water to cover. Cook 1 hour or until meat is cooked. Add 1 quart tomato juice, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery and salt. Cook for at least 1 hour more.
