1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can Mushroom Soup
2 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain off grease.
2. Add pepper, onions, celery and cook 5 minutes.
3. Heat soup until smooth adding milk to make
as thin as you wish.
4. Add rice and meat mixture and put in
casserole.
5. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven 30 minutes.
Garnish with black olives.
