300g milk chocolate melts
30g vegetable shortening
1/2 cup raspberry lollies, chopped
200g pink and white marshmallows
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line a square pan with baking paper.
Place the chocolate and vegetable shortening into a pan and melt on a very low heat.
Remove from the heat , add the lollies, marshmallows and peanuts. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares to serve.
