1kg mince meat
1 small onion
1 carrot
4 slices of bread { not too fresh}
bbq sauce
garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 egg

Dice onion and bread into small pieces.
Grate carrot and add.
Add a shake of garlic, salt and pepper.
Add mince and egg.
Pour over bbq sauce.
Mix together and make into rissole sized balls.
Cook on medium for about 30 minutes turning at regular intervals.

You can vary these rissoles=
Use satay sauce instead of bbq sauce
Use sweet chilli sauce and add a sprinkle of grated cheese
Use tomato sauce and add some diced tomatoes
