3 eggs, 11/2 cups castor sugar, 13/4 cups sr flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat for 5 minutes with a mix master. Pour into a greased cake tin & put into a preheated oven at 180º. after 10 minutes, turn down to 150º and cook for a further 25-30 minutes.
