2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup fine bread crumbs
2 T. grated onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
Topping:
1/4 cup catchup
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and pepper. Add ground meat and mix. Pat mixture into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Mix together all topping ingredients and spread on top of baked meat loaf. Bake 15 minutes longer.
