4-5 chicken drumsticks (skinless)
1 chicken breast (skinless and chopped small)
scallions (green onions) - lots!
salt
pepper
vegetables - carrots, string beans, and corn
macaroni noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and place in pot covered with water (water up to and over chicken). Add lots of scallions (green onions). These give the soup the flavor. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer at least 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add vegetables and cook for five minutes. Add macaroni noodles and cook at least seven minutes or until noodles are done.
