Cover fruit with water and cook just below boiling point for 1/2 an hour. Strain through double thickness of cheese cloth. If you want this as a smooth drink, add 1 cup sugar to a gallon of juice.

WARNING: Don't add raisins and yeast and drain off through a wax paper stopper by a tube. This could make wine!!!!! Could also possibly blow up things !!! Try at your own risk, but call Norman to test for you.
