3 C rhubarb
2 C fresh or frozen strawberries
1 C sugar
45 T butter
1/4 t salt
2 1/2 T Minute Tapioca
2 T flour
Pastry for 2 crust pie (10 inch)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 1 T. flour on bottom crust. Add rhubarb and strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. If using fresh strawberries, use 1 1/2 C sugar.

Dot with butter.

Sprinkle with salt, tapioca and 1 T flour. Moisten edges of crust before putting on top crust. Brush top with milk and sprinkle sugar on top.

Bake 5060 minutes at 400.
