1 c. peanut butter
1c. sugar
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 350º F. Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together very well. Spray the cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Then, roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Finally, let the cookies cool (maybe) and then enjoy!
