2- cups mashed potato flakes,
3/4- cup grated Parmesan cheese,
2- tbsp. dried parsley flakes,
3/4- tsp. garlic salt,
1- tbsp. paprika,
3/4- tsp. onion powder or onion flakes,
1/2- tsp. pepper,
1- cup melted butter or margarine,
1- chicken cut up.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potato flakes with the next six ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter and then into potato flakes mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Note: Using chicken breasts, takes less time.
