1 lb. salmon fillets
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate salmon in soy sauce and brown sugar for a couple of hours. Or, if no time to marinate, dribble a little soy sauce on top and add enough brown sugar to coat. Wrap fillets in foil and bake at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes or until flaky.
