6 4-oz chicken breasts
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup white wine
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
1 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half and half or heavy whipping cream

1. Dredge chicken breasts in flour, then egg, then coat completely with Italian bread crumbs
2. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and fry to brown. I usually finish the cooking process in the oven, you can do either.
3.While chicken is cooking, add wine, all herbs and seasoning to sauce pan and reduce. Add butter; when melted add 2 tbs flour to thicken; add chicken broth and half and half or cream. Once the sauce thickens, turn on low and let simmer. (If sauce doesn't thicken adequately, you can mix cornstarch and water and add to sauce to thicken more) Place chicken on platter and cover with sauce or sauce can be served on the side.
