1 can cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 well-beaten egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. minced onion
3 T. pimento (optional)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add next 4 ingredients and dash pepper. Pour into 8 baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
