1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. cooking oil 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 can apricot pie mix
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Spread half of the mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread pie mix over it. Spread remaining batter over pie mix. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 40 minutes in 350º oven.
