1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Batter:
1 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted margarine

Filling:
Mix ingredients and reserve.

Batter:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add 2 eggs and beat. Sift together: flour, baking powder, salt. Add dry ingredients alternately with 1 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla to the creamed mixture. Mix well.

Spread 1/2 batter into 9 x 13 greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the filling and put remaining batter on top of filling and sprinkle with remainder of filling. Pour 1/2 c. melted margarine over top. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350.
