1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of minced fresh parsley (i used1 tbsp dried)
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 to 1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cinnamon

Blend ingredients and coat each piece and store in zip lock bag and refrigerate.
