2 lbs. baby spinach,
1qt. fresh strawberries
4 oz. sliced almonds, toast in oven on 250 degrees F for 3-5 min.
Dressing:
1/4 c to 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c olive oil or vegetable oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar and vinegar. Blend well. Then, add oil and mix well. Mix 1/2 of the strawberries and 1/2 of the toasted almonds with the spinach in a bowl. Pour dressing over and toss just before serving. Finally, arrange the remaining strawberries and almonds on top for decoration.
