1/8 t. black pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 T. dryed minced onion
Instant Potatoes (enough for 8 servings)
1/2 t. catsup
1 egg
1 t. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix meat, 1-1/3 cups of instant potatoes, egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and milk. Spread in ungreased pie pan, 9"x1-1/2". Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes. Prepare remaining instant potatoes as directed on package for 4 servings. Top baked meat pie with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
