Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
4 T. milk
2 c. flour
drop yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, salt, milk, food coloring; add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand until dry but not hard. To speed up drying time, when partly dry, I cut into 1 1/2 inch wide strips, turn them over, and add a little flour if necessary. Stack the strips before they are hard; and cut in thin pieces. Let dry. You may cook now or freeze.
