1- Box Chocolate cake mix,
1- Box vanilla instant pudding,
1/2- cup brown sugar,
1- cup powdered sugar,
1- small container soft cream cheese,
1- Large Cool Whip
1- large Hershey Bar

Directions:
Mix cake mix as directed on pkg. adding the vanilla pudding to mix. Bake at 350º as directed on pkg. Bake in 3- layers. Cool layers

Frosting: Beat together, cream cheese, brown sugar,and powdered sugar, till smooth & creamy. Add cool whip and stir in. Grate Hershey bar and put half in frosting and stir in. Put frosting between layers of cake and then frost top & sides. Sprinkle other half of Hershey Bar on top of cake. Refrigerate.
