Broccoli Soup Recipe

4 cups chicken broth
1 10oz. cream of celery soup
1 10oz. package of frozen broccoli
cup margarine
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
cup shredded cheese

Mix broth and soup and bring to a boil. Add broccoli, return to a boil and reduce heat.

Simmer covered for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Add flour and cook for 1 minute longer. Gradually stir in milk.

Cook while stirring, continually, until it thickens.(approximately 5 minutes). Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Stir milk mixture with broccoli mixture.
