2 c. raw cauliflower pieces
3 c. raw broccoli pieces
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 cup light salad dressing
2 T. sugar
1 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Break raw cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size pieces. Combine with onion, seeds and raisins. Combine salad dressing, sugar and vinegar to make dressing. Pour dressing over other ingredients. And toss lightly to coat.

Don't forget to use sunflower seeds (shelled). Bonnie Wilcke Spotts remembers a family reunion when Mom put sunflower seeds in the shell in the salad. :)
