Directions:
Roll to the thickness of 1/8-inch any pie crust.

Cut into 2-1/2 rounds. Place in center of each round 1 teaspoon mincemeat. Brush the edges of the rounds lightly with water. Fold the dough over into crescents. Close edges with presses of fork.

Bake in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool on rack. Enjoy!!
