4 fillets Red Snapper - 5 to 6 oz. each
Paprika
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/4 c. white wine
lemon parsley butter
2 tbs. green onion, minced
1/2 tsp. thyme
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400'. Season the fish with pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Sprinkle the onions and garlic in buttered oven proof dish. Place fish in dish and cover with wine. Place in oven and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until just done. Remove to warm plate. Whisk softened lemon parsley butter with cooking juices and serve over fish.
