1 cup ketchup
1 cup hot water
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp. barbeque spice
cup brown sugar
cup vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 lbs. chicken wings or cut up chicken
salt and pepper to taste

Heat all the above ingredients, except the chicken, on top of the stove. Add chicken. Stir the sauce over the chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 to 2 hours. Turn frequently and serve with rice.

Note: Barbeque sauce and garlic powder may be substituted for the barbeque spice and garlic salt respectively
