3 T shortening 1 cup sugar 1 egg 3/4 cup milk 1 3/4 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups blueberries
Mix together shortening and sugar. Add egg and milk. Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Stir in blueberries. Pour into 8X8 greased pan. Bake at 350º about 35 minutes. Serve warm with butter. 16 Servings.
