Cut all vegetables into cubes and put into lasagna dish. Empty cream tubs into a bowl and sprinkle in french onion soup packet and mix well. Pour cream mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake in oven at 160 º for approx 2 hrs.
