4 potatoes
1 sweet potato
2 carrots
1/4 pumpkin
1 lge light thickened cream
1 sml light thickened
1 pkt french onion soup
sprinkle of Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all vegetables into cubes and put into lasagna dish.
Empty cream tubs into a bowl and sprinkle in french onion soup packet and mix well.
Pour cream mixture over vegetables.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in oven at 160 for approx 2 hrs.
