2 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup dates or raisins, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans chopped

Directions:

Spray the inside of a 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well. Cover and turn on low.

Cook overnight or 8-9 hours. Stir well before serving.
