butter
salt and pepper
paprika
buttered bread crumbs(optional)

Directions:
Turn live lobster shell side down. Split lengthwise and remove intestinal vein, stomach, tomalley, and black coral roe. Place open lobster, flesh side up, on broiler pan. Brush meat with melted butter, sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika(or bread crumbs) Broil 4 in. away from heat for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
