1 doz. corn tortillas
1 # ground chuck
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 # grated cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 - 4 oz. can green chilies
1 med. can tomatoes
2 drops Tabasco sauce, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Mix in tomato sauce, tomatoes, taco seasoning mix, and chilies. Simmer 15 mins. In 9 x 13-inch pan, place two tortillas side by side after putting a little sauce in bottom of pan. Layer sauce, cheese and tortillas until there are 6 in each stack ending with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with black olives if desired.
