8 oz lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
6 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 T margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups grated mild or sharp cheddar cheese

Saute onions and peppers in margarine. Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, pimento and basil. Place half the noodles in a greased or sprayed 9X13 pan. Cover with half of mushroom sauce, cottage cheese, chicken, and cheeses. Repeat another layer. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
