1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. cream of tomato soup 3/4 c. light cream 1/2 c. sherry 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 c. nutmeg 3 c. shrimp 2 c. cooked rice 1/4 c. toasted almonds
Saute pepper and onion add soup,cream & sherry mix in lemon juice, salt & nutmeg toss with shrimp & rice
