1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup grated fresh ginger root
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Put in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

When ready to cook, preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

Take steaks out of bag and throw away marinade. Cook on the grill 6-8 minutes per side to your desired doneness. INternal temp should be 145*F for rare. Allow the steaks to sit about 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Yummy!

You can freeze the steaks in the marinade then take out and thaw for faster preparation whenever you want this meal.
