2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Lemon rind, chopped
3 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 cup catsup
Pinch of salt

Cook first four ingredients till tender. Add next four ingredients. Brush on meat as it cooks.
