Ingredients:  
1/2 lb Bacon, cooked
1/3 C chopped Green Pepper
1/3 C chopped Onion
2 C Milk
1 C Bisquick
4 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
1 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
Optional Fillings: Spinach, Mushrooms, Broccoli, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a pie plate. Sprinkle with your meat and/or veggies. Beat the milk, Bisquick, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over meat and veggies. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife comes out clean.
