4 1/2 lb. red potatoes; cut into 1/4 in. thick slices
1 tub fat free sour cream (500 ml)
1 cup cheese whiz light
250 g smoked ham, chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup 100% parmesan grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray 13x9 pan in. baking dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 - 12 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes. Return potatoes to saucepan. Transfer 1/4 of the potatoes to a large bowl. Add sour cream, mash with potato masher. Add cheese whiz spread, ham, and green onions. Mix lightly.Add mashed potato mixture to potato slices in saucepan; stir gently. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
