3-4 lb Round Roast
baby carrots
1 - 2 onions cut in multiple quarters
1 - 2 potatoes cut in multiple quarters
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup water

Directions:

Place vegetables on bottom of crockpot. Place roast on top. Cook on low 10 -12 hours.

This was an after Sunday church standby. Mom would cook Saturday night so it would be ready after church. It was always served with Minute Rice.
