1 cup oats soaked in 1/2 cup orange juice & a cup of boiling water for 15 minutes 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 brown sugar 2 eggs beaten 1 cup raisins 1 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs and stir in oat mixture. Stir in raisins. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Stir until moistened. Put into muffin pans. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
